Lee Mannering is PMA’s government relations & public affairs manager. His responsibilities at PMA include leading the association’s efforts on immigration reform, country of origin labeling (COOL), food security and transportation. A PMA team member for 19 years, Mannering joined the association in 1994 after graduating from the University of Delaware. He was recognized by Produce Business magazine in 2008 as one of its “Top 40 Under 40” young industry leaders.
